The real difference is in the level of precision — detailing goes far deeper, whereas a valet is designed for customers who want a clean, refreshed vehicle inside and out without the more intricate, time-intensive work of a full detail.
A valet is not a quick 5-minute wash. It’s a thorough, professional clean carried out with great attention to care and safety. For many customers, it provides exactly what they need.
What's Included in Our Valeting Service?
Exterior
- Wheels and tyres cleaned using safe wheel chemicals and soft brushes
- Pre-wash and snow foam application to lift loose dirt and debris without touching the paint
- Door shuts cleaned to maintain appearance and prevent grime buildup
- Two-bucket safe wash using multiple soft mitts to minimise swirl mark risk
- Pressure-washer-applied short-term paint sealant for hydrophobic protection and improved gloss
- Dried using multiple clean, ultra-soft, lint-free and closed-loop drying towels
Interior
- Full vacuum of seats, carpets, mats, and all reachable areas
- Door cards, cup holders, dashboard, and plastics cleaned with all-purpose cleaner and dried thoroughly
- Leather or vinyl seats gently cleaned with a soft microfibre pad where applicable
- All interior windows and infotainment screens cleaned streak-free
- Plastic surfaces dressed with a subtle matte-finish protector

A valet is the right choice if you want a clean, refreshed vehicle at great value. A detail is for those who want perfection.
Typically 2 to 3 hours depending on vehicle size and condition. We’ll give you a more accurate timeframe when you book.
Every 2 to 3 months is a good rule of thumb for most drivers. More frequently if you do high mileage, have kids or pets, or just want to keep on top of it.
No — extraction is part of our Interior Detail service. The interior valet includes a thorough vacuum and surface clean, which is sufficient for well-maintained interiors. If your seats or carpets need a deeper clean, an interior detail is the better option.
We use a two-bucket method with multiple soft wash mitts specifically to minimise this risk. It’s not a drive-through — your paintwork is treated with care throughout.
It provides similar short-term protection — several months of hydrophobic coverage and improved gloss. It won’t last as long as a ceramic coating, but it’s a solid protective layer included as standard with every valet.
It helps, but it’s not essential. We’ll work around personal belongings, though an emptier car means a more thorough clean.
